Last year the College interviewed registrant Anne Andersen about her experience renewing online for the first time. Here is the article we published on our interview from 2016:
Anne is almost 70-years old and rarely uses a computer. She shared with us her her experience of renewing her license online.
In one word: "PLEASANT."
She told us "Now that the renewal is online only, I felt a bit stressed over it at first. I required help because I don't use the computer much."
Our Registration Administrator, Madison, spent time with her on the phone to walk her through the different steps. Anne explained that it "went really well having somebody to talk to," and said that the process was "very simple and straightforward."
Congratulations to everyone like Anne who renewed online for the first time. Next year (2017), will be piece of cake (and if not gives us a call, we are always happy to help)!
