Changing your Status with the College:
Thinking of becoming
non-practicing
? Or upgrading your license? Here’s what you need to know.
In order to upgrade your license with the College, you’ll have to
Login to your online profile.
Once you Login to your profile you have the option to click “Change Status”. Here you’ll be able to:
Change your status to
non-practicing
Upgrade your status to a Contact Lens Fitter
Upgrade your PLAR Application to a New Registrant
Upgrade your status to an Automated Refracting Optician
Changing your Personal Information with the College:
Moved? Changed phone numbers? Got a new job? It is important that the College has your most up to date contact information, including your preferred email address, as important information is sent to you throughout the year.
In order to change your personal information with the College, you'll have to
Login to your online profile
. Once you Login to your profile you'll have the option to click "My Profile". Here you'll be able to:
Change your business address
Change your residence address
Change your email address
Change your phone number
Send to a Friend
Your Name
Your Email
